A 75 room limited service hotel catering primarily to the business traveller. The building features a breakfast area, an indoor pool and exercise facilities. Guest rooms have full internet, fax, phone and cable connections.
A green roof was incorporated on the new wing to provide additional urban green space on the tight site. The building integrates with the La Quinta Inn and Suites established corporate identity. Brand architectural elements like the tower and entrance canopy are incorporated into the building design.
